B A Networks's innovation is embodied in a real time mapping software that creates a graph structure that maps web context (which is a structure of web locations, user credentials, and user history) with telephony contexts (call parties and service type). This information infrastructure will provide basis for several applications that rely on it such as in-call advertising that offers content based on the call context, IVR applications that reference and rely on the web context, and linkage between a telephony item (such as a message) and a web location.
